Amy Jean

Amy has over 30 years of experience in the hair industry, thus bringing a very diverse skill set. During that time she acquired an educator, master barber, and esthetics license. She spent over a decade educating cosmetologists and barbers, in addition to working behind the chair during that time.

Amy’s certifications and specialties include Master colorist, Blonding, curly hair, men’s cutting and grooming, and bridal hair/formal styling.

Her genuine goal is that every client leaves her chair happy, with an elevated sense of confidence and beauty. She achieves this by taking the time to listen to each client’s needs and desires in order to create personalized styles. Amy prioritizes continuing to learn all that she can to keep up with the latest styles and trends.

When Amy isn’t behind the chair doing hair she loves spending time with her family most of all! She also enjoys all things outdoors - Hiking, biking, kayaking, and just spending the day “beaching it”. Fun fact about Amy is that she is a huge football fan. She may know more about the game than some of the referees!

Victoria Wright

Vic’s journey into the industry began at 16 when she enrolled in the Technical Center.  After graduating high school she moved to the Seacoast from Northern VT, to pursue her cosmetology license and instructors license at Paul Mitchell Portsmouth. She has 4 years of experience behind the chair. 

“I want everyone to feel comfortable in my chair, and for you to feel confident when you leave. My specialties are “lived in colors”, blondes, and haircuts!” 

Vic is dedicated to creating beautiful hair, and staying up to date in the industry. As an educator herself she is passionate about learning.

She’s an endurance athlete on the side, and can be found running and lifting when she’s not behind the chair! 

Vic’s favorite hobbies - Singing in the car, Skiing, Cycling, Collecting too many fuzzy blankets, Petting animals.

Nancy Neubauer

Having a passion for creating beautiful hair.. she loves the “before and after’s!” When you look beautiful, you feel beautiful, and feeling beautiful makes a happy person, and that’s what makes her visits with each client so important. “Making you happy, makes me happy!”

Nancy has been a stylist for 20 years. Starting from attaining her license at Empire Beauty School, to being an apprentice under a Toni & Guy Hair Cutter specialist, to training and gaining her knowledge and experience working for the L’Oréal Professional Team, where she became a L’Oréal Professional Color Educator. This is where she got to master and fully understand the chemistry of the L’Oréal Color line, to be able to create a look that’s completely personalized and customized just to you. From High lift blonde, multi-tone foiling and balayage making you feel “lighter and brighter” to “rich-deep full tones”, it is always her pleasure to make you feel more like you. You can ask her about if some added Bellami Hair Extensions will do the trick, or if a Brazilian Blowout is right for you. As a believer in “I’ll try anything once”, Nancy was owner to a downtown Portsmouth 8 chair salon for 4 years. Having come up the reigns of beginner, to a color educator to a business owner herself, she’s confident in meeting new people and making them feel comfortable in being able to trust in her experience.

Little Fun facts about her is her family is most important! She loves making memories and working on her “Live List”.. Flowers and girlie things.. her motorcycle “Pepper”.. And of course, traveling traveling traveling.

Jayceen

Jayceen Lingle originally from New york is a talented cosmetologist with a passion for short hair styling and color transformations. With a keen eye for detail and an artistic touch, Jayceen has made a name for herself on the Seacoast, earning the trust and admiration of her clients.
Jayceen's journey into the world of cosmetology began when she discovered her love for creativity and self-expression through hair. After completing her formal training, she continued her education at the Redken Hair Exchange, Paul Mitchell school of beauty, and became a certified Dinair airbrush make up artist and Brazilian blowout specialist. 
With years of experience under her belt, Jayceen has become an expert at crafting stylish and modern looks for clients seeking change. She understands that short hair is more than just a haircut – it's a statement that reflects one's personality and individuality.
In addition to her exceptional cutting techniques, Jayceen has also developed a mastery of color application. She believes that hair color is an incredible tool for self-expression, allowing individuals to showcase their personality and enhance their overall appearance.
Aside from her technical expertise, Jayceens background in Food and Beverage showcases her warm and inviting personality. She believes in creating a relaxing and enjoyable salon experience for her clients, where they can feel comfortable expressing their desires and discussing their hair goals. 
Outside of her salon, Jayceen stays up to date with the latest trends and techniques in the cosmetology industry. She regularly attends workshops and conferences, expanding her knowledge and refining her skills. Her years of experience working with top products like Kevin Murphy, LOMA, Milkshake, Davines and Keune gives her the experience and knowledge to give you the cutting edge style your looking for.

Deb Ross

Deb is an accomplished hairstylist with an impressive career spanning over 30 years with her own Salon she dedicated two decades to providing exceptional service and creating remarkable transformations Deb's true passion is helping people feel their absolute best specializing in coloring and cutting techniques she is a master of her craft she has honed her skills in razor cutting and specialty perms. When she is not working behind the chair you'll find her spending time with family she loves all kinds of sports participating or watching. She is an avid gardener and find Solace and joy nurturing beautiful blooms.
